Westbourne Architectural Control

Additional Information

The Westbourne Homeowners Association has Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, which are for the "purpose of enhancing and protecting the value, desirability, and attractiveness of the subdivision." These Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) are commonly referred to as deed restrictions.

The deed restrictions established an Architectural Control Committee (ACC). The ACC must approve any and all changes to the exterior of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, paint color, building materials, new construction and landscaping.

An ACC request form must be completed and submitted with detailed information of the work to be done. The work should not begin until the request has been approved.

The current ACC has developed an approved list of exterior paint colors. Please contact Wake Property Management (832-515-1943) for more information regarding the approved colors.

Whenever you plan on making changes to your property, remember to:

  1. Submit a request form before doing any work to the exterior of the property,
  2. Include detailed information with the request, and
  3. Wait until you have received approval before beginning the work.

It is the intention and obligation of the Board of Directors to enforce the deed restrictions to the fullest extent possible.

Thank you for your continued efforts in making Westbourne a nice place to live.
