Procedure to Receive Pool Tags

You will be contacted once the application has been received and processed. Your tags will then be ready for pick up. You can stop by the pool, any time it is open, and ask a life guard for them.

Per the Texas Health & Safety Code, persons under the age of 14 must not be in the pool area without adult supervision (someone 18 years of age and older).  Pool tags will now only be issued to residents 14 and older.

Pool Tag Policy

Each adult & youth (ages 14-17), who are residents of Westbourne, must have their own pool tag and must bring it each time they use the pool. A resident, who is 18 years of age and older, is allowed to bring resident children, 13 and under, with them on their adult pool tag.

Guest Policy

One guest per tag is allowed. If an adult guest has children (13 and under), those children will be allowed.

Do NOT bring large group of friends. This is a community pool to be enjoyed by the residents of Westbourne.

2026 Pool Season 

Pool will be open on weekends only until Memorial Day weekend. After Memorial Day, the pool will be open daily except Mondays, when it will be closed for routine maintenance.

Pool Hours:

2  Tuesday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Closed Mondays (except holidays)2

Private pool parties are allowed during times when the pool is not open to the community. There is a cost for the life guard services.

Parties are limited to 25 people.  Accounts must be paid in full prior to day of the party.
