Annual Christmas Lights & Decoration Contest -

Judging will be after dark. Prizes are awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.

The HOA will post banners around the area.
Pool Tag Distribution - May 2025
Pool tags will be given out at the pool from 9:00am-12:00pm and 1:00-4:00pm. Bring proof of residency.
Summer Night Out - August 2025
Come to the Westbourne Park and pool for a fun afternoon of swimming, food and fun. Festivities will be from 6:00-8:00pm
Rules for Christmas Lights & Decoration Contest
- Properties with lights and/or decorations will be considered.
- Lights need to be on at dusk the day of judging and remain on so the judges can fully see the property.
- The property must be in good standing with the Association to receive an award.
